SENDING YOUR GARMENT

When the artwork is created on your own garment
-
After the quote is approved, you receive by email the shipping address and packing recommendations (clean garment, folded and protected in a bag or tissue paper, then placed in a sturdy box).

You can also send your garment to a parcel pickup point.

CREATION TIMEFRAME
The average turnaround time is 3 to 4 weeks from the moment your piece is received and the project is approved.
For a specific date (gift, event), it is possible to reserve a slot in advance to ensure on-time delivery.

GARMENT CARE
​

The paints are suitable for textiles and designed to withstand normal wear and use.

PAINT DURABILITY

Each piece is heat-set in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Like any wearable artwork, light wear may appear over time, which is part of the charm of unique pieces. If needed, touch-ups are possible on request and subject to a quote.

​INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND INSURANCE

Shipments are available within France and internationally, using tracked and insured carriers (such as registered Colissimo or the equivalent depending on the country).

The tracking number is sent to you as soon as the parcel is dropped off. Insurance matching the value of the piece is always offered to cover loss or damage during shipping.

PAYMENT PROCESS

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your slot and start creating the visual. Payment is made by bank transfer or PayPal.

The remaining balance is due before the finished piece is shipped. A detailed invoice is sent by email for each order, so you can use it for accounting or insurance if needed.
